Extended Care Coverage
Extended Care includes:
- 24-hour advance replacements on all parts, allowing customers to have replacements shipped before they send back faulty products
- Tier 2 service and technical support over the phone with Yamaha’s knowledgeable support staff
- Free replacement for any battery that doesn’t last for at least 7 hours of talk time
- An unlock code to access additional enterprise features for Executive HD products
