YAMAHA Music Europe GmbH recalls PA-300C AC adaptor
This recall is limited to PA-300C AC power adaptor manufactured from July 2010 through May 2012 with the words “EFFICIENCY LEVEL ‘V’” and the Serial Number Range below on the power adaptor’s label: PA-300C
Affected serial numbers for PA-300C (manufactured from July 2010 through May 2012)
Only the PA-300C AC Power Adaptor is being recalled. The Adaptor was sold with certain digitalinstruments and musical products listed below. The Adaptor was not, on its own, sold at retail. In addition, the Adaptor was built-in to certain YAMAHA CLAVINOVA CLP Series and CVP Series digital pianos.

Why is this product dangerous?
The AC adapter plug may generate abnormal heat, and lead to melting. Smoke, and fire.
What to do
If you have an affected Adapter, please follow the steps below to get your free replacement adaptor:
-Unplug the Adaptor from the electrical outlet.
-Disconnect the Adaptor from the digital instrument or musical product.

Please contact us. We need the following Information from you: Adaptor Serial Number, First name, Last name, Email address, Mobile number, Street Adddress, City, Country and Postcode.
We will deliver an AC adapter. Please return the AC adapter you are currently using to us in the box at the time of delivery. A return shipping label will be included in the box.
