STEP 2
Sign in or create a new Yamaha account and register your new CSP digital piano, including adding your shipping address within 14 days from its delivery date.
Step 3
After completion of your registration and a minimum of 14 days from the delivery day of your CSP, your iPad will be shipped to you.

Until when can I claim my iPad, when I bought the CSP within the promotion period?
You need to register within two weeks from the delivery date of your CSP to claim your iPad.
Why haven’t I received an email confirming that I will get the iPad?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email that you have registered for the campaign. Yamaha will then verify that you are eligible to receive the iPad and once the verification is complete, you will receive an email.
When will my iPad be delivered?
The iPad will be shipped when you have successfully registered your new CSP and entered your shipping address in your Yamaha account, and when 14 days have passed from the delivery day of your CSP. The address information can be entered in the section “my details”, the product can be registered with its serial number in the section “product registration” in your Yamaha account. The iPad will be shipped by UPS (in non-EU countries except UK, shipping is carried out by other providers than UPS) and delivery time depends on your country.
What is the warranty period for the iPad?
It applies to the official warranty period of Apple products. Please contact Apple customer support for more details.
