AC ADAPTER PA-10
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Dear valued Consumer,
We regret to inform you that the AC adapter PA-10 (see picture below) which you have purchased from us either as part of the YAMAHA MG Series or separately as an accessory product does not comply with EU and UK safety requirements.
The AC adapter PA-10 case may crack and cause smoke and electric shocks if you come into contact with the inside of the open broken adapter.
The AC adapter PA-10 is therefore unsafe and must not be used! Please note that the MG Series (analog mixer products/consoles) are not affected by this issue. If you have purchased the AC adapter PA-10, please stop using it.
1: To make sure it is the correct adapter you can check by looking closely at the information on the main case, see image below.
2: The date code, identified by 4 digits, can be found on rear of the case on the PA-10, indicating production year and month (see picture below).
Affected adapters are those with a number range of 2126-2319 of the date code.
Any adapters outside of this number range are not affected.
The replacement is free of charge.
