Yamaha Silent Sessions Debut With Jamie Cullum

In the middle of the night, while the City of London sleeps, Yamaha proudly presents an exclusive live video of jazz icon Jamie Cullum, performing silently on the roof of a multi-storey car park, with just the latest Yamaha Silent SH grand acoustic piano and a pair of headphones for company.

The unique film perfectly captures both sides of the Yamaha Silent experience, the sound of silence and the sound the player hears; in this case that of the UK’s best selling jazz artist.

Jamie’s Silent Piano performance of his hit composition ‘Love Aint Gonna Let You Down’ from 'The Pursuit' album is the debut video of Yamaha’s new ‘Silent Sessions’ series, introduced to celebrate the launch of Yamaha’s all new range of 'Silent' SH upright and grand acoustic pianos, which represent the most significant technological advances for Pianists since the introduction of the award-winning silent concept by Yamaha in 1993.
