Young Talents Programme

As one of the world's largest manufacturers of musical instruments, we at Yamaha are committed to promoting and developing music culture globally by fostering future generations through music education programs, collaborating with educational institutions, providing scholarships and access to unique opportunities.

The journey begins early and we like to be there supporting young musicians from the very beginning. This includes supporting not only young maestros but also their parents and teachers.

Our longtime YMEF Scholarships have helped many young people up to 25 years of age flourish at European educational institutions. And now the Yamaha Young Talent Programme is looking for outstanding musicians between the ages of 14 - 20 years old.

Once a year, we put together a panel of world-class Yamaha Artists plus the Yamaha Artist Relations Staff. The purpose is to carefully select a talented young musician for this 2-year programme.

Chosen young musicians will get exclusive support from our technicians including access to our Yamaha Atelier network. Plus, they will enjoy exclusive lessons with Yamaha artists as well as the support to participate in competitions and courses and learn how to promote themselves and their musical careers.

We are thrilled at the prospect of accompanying many talented young people on their journey through the coming years. To kick things off, we are proud to announce the first selection for the Yamaha Young Talent Programme.
