Statement about your relation with Yamaha or your instrument:
I am very happy to have become part of this great family that is Yamaha, because of its closeness and support for artists, and the excellent quality of its instruments; my relationship with my instrument is almost symbiotic.
How does your instrument help you in your daily life as an artist?
It is my work tool, with which I have to deal with endless sound demands, so I have to like it and it has to be in perfect mechanical condition.
How would you characterise your instrument?
The homogeneity of its sound across different registers, its tuning and its rapid response when played.
Who was your most influential teacher and is there any advice which you still follow?
I have had several role models, not always flute players, who have inspired and encouraged me to continue learning every day.
