The iconic Yamaha YAS-62 has become one of the world’s most popular saxophones. In 2013, we introduced some significant improvements to this legendary saxophone and this year Yamaha is delighted to announce the introduction of a new limited edition version of this world famous saxophone.
Highly expressive, with a rich resonant tone, the 62 series maintains the flexibility and excellent response of previous models whilst benefitting from a new neck design, improved pitch, greater musical expression and, a redesigned case.

With integrated key posts, hand engraving and hard steel needle springs, the Limited Edition 62 is available in silver with gold lacquer keys and also a special 'vintage umber' lacquer version which gives this instrument an eye-catching yet refined finish.
