Musikmesse 2013: Yamaha presents the new MGP24X & 32X Mixerconsoles
The all new Yamaha MGP32X and MGP24X are the flagship models in their compact analogue mixer range optimally fitted for musicians, bands, clubs theaters and schools for serious live sound applications and permanent installations.
MGP32X has 32ch mixing capability with 24 MIC inputs, whilst the MGP24X, as the name suggests is a 24ch mixer with 16 MIC inputs. These Premium MG consoles feature the highly acclaimed D-PRE preamp with inverted Darlington circuitry, X-pressive EQ, and the Hybrid channels with Priority Ducker/Leveler/Stereo Image functions. Dual effects engines and digital connectivity for iPod/iPhone were already very well accepted on the MGP16X and MGP12X released last year - the MGP32X and MGP24X offer the addition of three attractive new features: 31-band GEQ with selectable 9 flex-band or 14 fixed-band mode. Two USB ports with one supporting USB device recording and play back, whilst the other is for connection to iPod/iPhone. Finally, a three-band master compressor providing further control and flexibility to shape the sound.
