Acoustic Annealing
To achieve the proper sound balance of the flute body, the instrument is produced through a special acoustic annealing process that gives the metal optimum density for superior tone and a sound with greater warmth.
Interior Flat Cup
With conventional flutes, the shape of the cup inside and outside are identical causing sometimes improper pad seating. In order to stabilize pad seating, the inside shape of the cup has been redesigned to be perfectly flat allowing for better pad seating.
Left Hand Pinless System
To improve the playing ease of F and F# in the third octave, a pinless system has been adopted (for models equipped with an E mechanism).
Silver Model : Finish
To obtain maximum advantage of the original resonance of the pure material, the instrument is not silver plated.
