Designed especially for Van Halen's Michael Anthony, this superb top-range signature bass reworks the original BB3000S concept to meet modern-day playing demands.
As a long-time user of Yamaha's original BB3000S, Michael Anthony was in a perfect position to collaborate on the BB3000MA. The new design features a thinner-profile through-neck for added speed, plus a reshaped heel and deeper cutaway for a clear reach to the top of the ebony fingerboard. Another eye-catching mark of distinction are the custom chili-pepper position inlays.
