EU Youth Symphony Orchestra 2009 tour

YME has supported with the percussion instruments ( CB-836C , BSM 1450, BSM-1465, GSR1450 ) the summer tour of EU Youth Symphony orchestra commissioned by European Union under the direction of Vladimir Ashkenazy between 24th July to 28th August 09'. The Members of the orchestra are chosen through hard auditions from over 4000 candidates aged between 14 and 24, of which 90% go on to become a position in professional orchestra later. This year joined 127 players from all 27 EU countries.

The summer tour 09 of EUYO started from Grafenegg music summer, then they played and joined to many music festivals like, Bolzano summer festival, Young Euro Classic Festival in Konzerthaus Berlin, etc, until their last concert for this summer in Dvorak Hall in Prague. The percussion section of this young talents, came from France, Hungary, UK, Spain, Germany, and Netherlands are much satisfied with YAMAHA concert drums, especially with CB-836C and BSM1450 with calf skin. They presented through their 'loud" program like Leningrad Symphony of Shostakovitch, or La Valse of Ravel.
