This months Yamaha Download has an exclusive video interview with top musical director Mike Stevens, fresh from his recent tour as MD with global chart topping legends Take That.
Mike, along with Take That, has shared a great relationship with Yamaha for many years, so it was great to sit Mike down and discuss the ins and outs of being MD for Take That in such large, live and performance related shows, from the very early stages of meetings, to creating and building the show around the artist’s visions, to individually selecting each musician who will make the perfect band for the show and running the build up to the shows like a military operation!
